The 28cm pan body is made of durable 90% recycled stainless steel and can be used on all hobs, including induction. Cleverly designed for the on-the-go home kitchen, the pan has a plastic-free, non-stick Ceratec™ ceramic coating that is easy-to-clean and dishwasher safe. The Functional Form Wok features a 3-layer base for optimized heating and even searing with a handle that remains cool for a comfortable grip. The wok has a maximum frying temperature of 270ºC and is oven safe up to 150ºC for recipes that call for transferring pan into oven, allowing for a seamless cooking process. Made in Finland at Fiskars' environmental management certified (ISO 14001) factory.
