Cleverly designed for the on-the-go home kitchen, the pan has a plastic-free, non-stick Ceratec™ ceramic coating that is easy-to-clean and dishwasher safe. Functional Form frying pans feature a 3-layer base for optimized heating and even searing with a handle that remains cool for a comfortable grip. The pan has a maximum frying temperature of 270ºC and is oven safe up to 150ºC for recipes that call for transferring pan into oven, allowing for a seamless cooking process.
