Spring Tree Card

Supplies: Pale green paper, cream paper, decorated papers (green and red), brown ink, brads, brown ribbon, glue, adhesive double sided tape.

Fiskars® Tools: Trimmer (9893) with cutting and scoring blades, ShapeCutter™ (4806), ShapeTemplate™ Circles (4850), ShapeTemplate™ Tags & brackets (5374S), Finger tip swivel knife (4147), ShapeCutter™ mat (8608), Squeeze Punch L - Scalloped circle (5369), Paper edger Deckle (9218E), Eyelet setter (3133), Eyelet Mat (8604).

Step 1:
With the trimmer, cut a rectangle of 30 x 15 cm in pale green paper and fold it in two to obtain a card of 15 x 15 cm. With the ShapeCutter™ and the ShapeTemplate™ Circles scalloped border, cut the border of your card.

Step 2:
With the trimmer, cut a square of 13 x 13 cm in green decorated paper. With the paper edgers, cut the border of this square. Stick it on the front of the card.

Step 3:
With the ShapeCutter™ and the ShapeTemplate™ Tags & Brackets, cut a tag in the cream plain paper and ink its edges with brown ink. Stick it on the bottom left side of the card.

Step 4:
With the finger tip craft knife, cut a tree shape in the pale green paper leftovers. Slightly ink the edges of the tree with brown ink.
With the Scalloped circle Squeeze Punch, punch 5 circles in red decorated paper. Ink their edges with brown ink.
Stick the red scalloped circles on the right side of the card and then the tree shape on them.

Step 5:
Place a ribbon on the left side of the card. With the eyelet setter (do not forget the mat), punch a hole through the ribbon and the green decorated paper in the superior and inferior part of the ribbon. If needed, secure the fixing with double sided adhesive tape or glue.
Pass the brads through the holes.
Write the message on the tag.
