Instructions

Step 1
Trim white cardstock to measure 5.25" x 11" inches. Score at 5 inches, 5.1/2 inches and 6 inches

Step 2
Using the Continuous Stamping Wheel™ and Dots Continuous Stamp Set create a overall background

Step 3
Place Everywhere Window Punch™ 2/3rds of the way down the front of the treat bag and punch out the scalloped circle.

Step 4
Trim a piece of pink cardstock to measure 5.25" x 3" and using Border Punch create a border on one edge. Score at 1.5" and fix the unpunched edge to the back of the treat bag

Step 5
Fold over to create a flap and using the Hand Punch create two holes through the four layers of cardstock. You may have to do this one layer at a time using a pencil to mark where the holes should be.

Step 6
Fill the cello bag with the treats of your choice and fix inside the bag with double sided tape making sure that it just rests on the bottom of the bag.

Step 7
Hold the bag closed and fix ribbon through all the layers tying in a bow.

Step 8
Using ShapeCutter™ and ShapeTemplate™ Tags cut two tags one from patterned paper and one from pink cardstock. Punch the edges with Border Punch. Trim down the white tag as shown. Decorate with Alphabet Stickers and fix to bag with 3D Foam Pads

Step 9
Punch 3 Scalloped Circles from pink cardstock using Squeeze Punch. Cut down each scallop almost to the centre. Ruffle the edges and fix on top of each other to create a flower. Decorate with button threaded with twine
